Upload a CSV with the same columns as the exported file (click Export CSV above once to get the exact format). Click Preview first — nothing is written until you press Confirm import. Rows that already exist are skipped (never overwritten), so re-importing the same file is safe. Each row needs at least salesperson and customer_name.
